I like it, smells fresh, but slightly different than what I'm used to.
I've been using mustard powder for making my own mustard plasters. I use them when I get sick (but before I get fever), especially if I get cough or feel like getting a pneumonia, usually when I'm starting to feel lower back pain in my lungs area. I mix the powder with equal amount of flour, add hot/warm water, sandwich the paste between 2 pieces of fabric and place them on my back, and keep for 20 minutes. After I tried it the first time (my mom convinced me), I was shocked in disbelief, could not explain how this could possibly reverse the lung pain, which normally meant the first stages of pneumonia, but whatever, I don't need a scientific explanation, I've been dealing with pneumonias a lot, and if this helps, I will continue doing this.This powder smells a bit different than the ones I had before, smells fresh with a hint of ...I don't know some food...salad with strong dressing, but it is as strong as the ones I used before. Will see how long the freshness will last.

Perfect!
The mustard flour came in a releasable package.....plus for me. I sure do love the flavor, too. Just made my own horseradish mustard, which is why I purchased it. Turned out great! I always make my own. I'll purchase this and let anyone else know about it, too. A 4 oz. jar goes to a friend who shared the horseradish with me.

Hot and tasty
Decided to try my hand at making sweet hot mustard and this product was a winner. No lumps amd enough fire to satisfy my taste buds. Well packaged for longer term storage and a good value for price.

great price for what u get
I use alot of mustard in my cooking, and tired of the small amounts ya get at the stores and their cost for it...These 2 are gonna last me a long time...I hope...ha ha ha...will be buying again, when these are gone...
