Cheap local power adapter was given along with the cctv camera. The power adapter burst on plugging to power outlet very first time itself without even connecting the camera.

the camera was delivered sealed in a box.i did not open it till today 12 may 2021 since camera had to be taken outstation and installed.i opened it today and found NO ADAPTER WITH WIRE AND NO INSTRUCTIONS BOOKLET SO NO QR CODE OR PASSWORD.HOW CAN I START IT OR USE IT? I NEED TO EXCHANGE IT AS ITS DIRTY AND PARTS AND INSTRUCTIONS AND QR CODE ETC ARE MISSING.DISGUSTING SERVICE.KINDLY REPLACE WITH FRESH PIECE IMMEDIATELY.

It's not working it's used product

I am happy with wide range view and night vision. Camera mike is of great use and the mobile app is very user friendly. On top of everything they have a great customer service team who is happy to help anytime.

I sent it back once. The latter does not work when used. What should I do.
