Is this a non toxic product?

It is not like flash with bleach or bleach on it's own, this pink stuff is good for chrome and tiles, I have used this stuff it is good for cleaning without gloves but I have gone back to using flash with bleach it is cheaper and gives a good clean finish. Hope this helps.

Does this get rid of any bacteria?

To be honest no it doesn't it just gets rid of all the grime and grease like fat spills or stains in the kitchen hope this helps.
