Excellent instead of soy sauce. My go to is Braggs as they live up to quality I value for my stir fry. Will not be without it.

Bragg liquid Amino is great for many reasons - it tastes like soy sauce and is way less sodium. You can purchase a 'spray' bottle of amino and use this bottle to refill those. Spray bottles help with portion control too. It's all really good. I purchased this for a friend who has heart failure and her doc has said she must control her sodium intake. He approved amino acid, in moderation of course. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. Bragg’s Aminos
I use this product in a salad dressing/dip recipe. The product was what I expected. However somehow the lid broke and some of the product leaked into the box it was shipped in. Not sure who broke the lid. Possibly it happened in transit.

I have been using Bragg amino liquids for over 30 years and it has never failed me with my meals and newer creations. As a vegetarian, I use it to make tofu loaf , fried sliced tofu with grated ginger ( I make sandwiches when I go to a park ), use it for my salads instead of dressings. The price is incredible for the amount of liquid you get. I don’t use it on a daily basis but I know if I need it, is there waiting for me.

Beware! The guy advertises 32 ounces when it’s two small bottles that cost way more than the original 32 ounce from Braggs
