It works beautifully
There is a technique to using finger wheels: a steady hand and pressure. This wheel is outstanding! A perfect impression, releases from the clay easily. I found it works best when the piece is not too wet.

Wonderful, Perfect Little Device!
I'm a total novice to sculpting, so I didn't know this kind of rolling detail tool existed, and I accidentally found it on Amazon while looking for a different tool. Fortunately, it was just what I needed to quickly make a trim pattern around the edge of the platform I made for a miniature throne I'm sculpting/building. It worked so well, making the task much quicker and easier. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
