This is the first weight vest I've ever bought, and it's great! I went for the 30kg version and the weight is true to advertised specs.Started wearing at 10kg and now wearing the 20kg. The blocks are really easy to add/remove. The vest itself is made of good solid material and stitching, and the vest feels comfortable enough.The Velcro belt was also easy to attach.Thank you Gravity 😊

I had already lost a lot of weight before buying this. I purchased this to improve core strength and leg strength. Purchase was after much research. This one came up best. My usual walks just weren't feeling hard enough after weight loss. No matter how much I upped pace and distance. I purchased the 30kg vest as offers more flexibility in weight variance and load balancing. I'm shocked at how my strength has improved. I walk 5-6 miles 4-5 times a week carrying 15kg. I definitely get more out of walking now! Aim to get to 30 kgs eventually. The vest is very comfortable and fits perfectly. The more I use it, the more comfortable it feels. It has significantly improved my running (without the vest). Core strength has also improved. Just feel stronger. Build quality is fantastic. Velcro is strong. Get some looks as at first glance as it does look like a bullet proof police/special forces vest. Haven't used it for anything else other than walking (with the dog) yet. Adding removing weights it so straight forward. I would like some containers the same shape as the weights so that I can carry things with me. May try sourcing... Highly recommend this product.

Fantastic product. Fits brilliantly and is super comfy. Does exactly as you’d want. I use it for 3-4 mile walks and have already noticed a difference.The weight is evenly distributed which makes the vest easy to wear.At the moment I’m using 20kg but love that I’ll be able to add to it as I progress.

Good things first: I just recently got it and only used it twice (for press ups and squats), but the vest seems solid and well made. It's adjustable and should fit most people - it has a strap you put around your waist that prevents it from moving during exercise. There were no instructions in the box on how to attach the strap, but a quick YouTube search solved this problem. The weight feels well-distributed as well, and metal ingots are much better than sandbags that some vests use.Now the slightly disappointing part: I ordered the 30 kg version. However, the vest is only 27.9 kg with all the weights loaded and waist strap attached (verified using 3 different scales). It might not seem like a big deal, but it's 7% less weight than advertised, which I think is a bit much for a product whose primary purpose is to be heavy. I do understand that it might require a lot of precision to make 30 weights of exactly 1 kg, but I'd have preferred to have the vest a bit heavier, not lighter - I can always reduce the weight if needed.I'm still giving it 4 stars though, and will update once I use it more.

Use this for step ups, press ups, squats and walking. I am not particularly a fitness addict so when I reached my goal of eg 50 press ups, I added weight instead of doing more press ups. It is well made and unlike many other vests, it allows addition or removal of weights, this means if you 'outgrow' the weight then adding more means you dont have to buy another vest with non removeable weights. It may cost more than a lot of weight vests but is the Swiss Army knife of weight vests and is well worth the money in the long run. Good fit, velcro is strong and I think it will last looking at the way it has been manufactured. Like all vests, dont expect it to be super comfortable from the off until your muscles get used to the weight.

Generally a pretty capable bit of kit for rucking or general weighted walks. Having real blocks of removable iron is far better than any sand-filled alternative and 20kg is more than adequate to strain your system. More likely you'll want to start rucking at 10% of your bodyweight and work up from there.The only unavoidable aspect is that it is quite bulky, so you'll struggle to wear a jacket over it comfortably, or without it being really noticeable. Of course, you might not want a jacket, but it does look a bit like you're wearing an armoured vest so you can expect glances from curious pedestrians as you're walking!Generally very good though, comfortable enough for its purpose, solid, looks well made.
