How do I get rid of cracks in the ice balls?

Hi Jack, Few tricks to prevent the cracks: 1. Ensure that both halves of the mold are completely dry before you close the molds and fill them with water. 2. Place the filled molds into the warmest part of your freezer as the slower they freeze, the less likely they are to crack. 3. Please allow the frozen ball to rest at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before releasing ice ball from the mold.

So both the top and bottom halves are silicone? Thanks.

Yes, both halves are made of silicone

How long does it take to freeze?

I didn't actually time it but they freeze in less then a hour in my freezer.
