Great smart switch
I love these smart switches. They need to be hardwired as a switch, but they are just as easy to install as a regular switch. A handyman comfortable with electrical work can do this. You might need to do a bit of research to make sure a particular dimmable LED bulb is compatible with this dimmer, but I haven't had trouble. Caseta website will list compatible bulbs, and bulb manufacture websites will list compatible dimmers. After a power outage, this switches will return to their previous state before the outage, wether it's off, dim, bright. I have some smart bulbs that after the power flickers a few times during storms they will default to full brightness. Smart switch works seamlessly with the Apple smart home environment. I actually prefer these switches because i have voice control and manual control at my fingertips.

I like the functionality, but they should be less expensive
I previously installed several smart switches (same brand/model), so I am just adding to the home automation. These are easy to install, easy to use, integrate nicely with alexa/siri. I like the fact that they are digitally dimmable for interior lighting.I feel like Lutron should be selling these for about 30% less, just based off what sells in the smart switch market. I can't really compare these to less expensive smart switches though, so I don't know if they are comparable in terms of quality.

They are the best
I’ve been using Lutron Caseta products for years. We had some new recessed lights installed in two of our bedrooms so I needed some more switches. As always, they are easy to install, easy to setup, work great with Apple Homekit and I never have problems with the Caseta switches. I have almost 30 Caseta products installed in my house and they just work. I’ve tried other less expensive products in the past and had such horrible experiences that I decided I was only going to use Lutron. You might pay more for Caseta products than you do other products but they are well worth it. I don’t want to tinker with and troubleshoot my home technology products. I want them to just work and work well. Lutron’s Caseta line does just that.

Simple & Perfect For Non Neutral Wiring
This is my second switch and this works perfectly. Simple to install, configure and is auto detected by Alexa. Easy way to add some smartness to your home.

Good overpriced product
I prefer the Lutron system with a central hub to control all outlets and I appreciate having an actual remote instead of having to open up my phone all the time and having every damn switch directly connected to wifi. I guess I am old fashioned, but I like one central hub connected through ETHERNET, controlling all switches in the home (within 100 ft. range). The Lutron switches and remotes are of good quality. This product should be $20-$25 though, which is why I'm only rating it 4 stars.

They’re expensive for a reason. You get what you pay for
I updated my entire home with these, and they’ve been fantastic. The install was stupid easy, I believe anyone with minimal knowledge on electric work can do it, the app walks you through everything step by step. The apple home kit support works flawlessly. Alexa/google integration works great. Their easy enough to navigate that someone unfamiliar with smart switches can work. If you don’t mind spending a bit of money, these are definitely the switch to buy.

Worth every penny!
Amazing product, Lutron is the best with smart dimmers. Just bought one of these on Amazon to add to my existing Caesta bridge. Installed in about 5 minutes, that's including the app configuration and Alexa sync. Works with Alexa very well, can even dim to the percentage. Great item!
