Some Boxes / Cases are broken
Some boxes out of 10 are broken not because of transportation and handling but it clearly seems to be purposely kept inside so that broken box can be stock out cloth material is good but keep an eye on broken box if purposely then stop doing it affect your brand to be trusted in future.
