For those of you who are looking for a definitive answer on this bidet spray, look no further. And no, this is not a fake review, rather it is a review from a person who has used bidets all their life and will know a thing or two about it.I bought this because it looked minimal and simple. The brushed metal looked amazing.After installing it, over the next few months I noticed a few times when i would depress and press the button for water to come out and it would not work. I thought it was a fluke. Now, it's been nearly a year and the clicker button is officially broken. It will not let water come out.This product is beyond help and it's a tragedy that people think it's an amazing product. WIPPHS should be ashamed of itself for pawning this "4.5" star product when it fact it is absolutely the opposite. Do you know how horrible it is to sit there and keep clicking? Do you know how annoying it is that you are denied water to clean yourself?Please read this and know, two words, MOVE ON.

Bought this during the Toilet Paper Crisis, but have only used once for it's intended purpose. can't speak much to installation as I had a handyman install, he didn't have any problems and didn't take long. This thing is Forceful and it is only on or off, so you can't adjust the flow. And it is COLD! No one else in my family was brave enough to try. and you still need something to dry off after use. However, my relative is disabled and uses a portable potty that has to be dumped and cleaned out, so I use it all the time for that. I have to be careful to spray it in the potty or toilet because ... it is forceful. Cannot stress that enough. But for my use, I like it and in a pinch I'd try it again. But would prefer something with adjustable flow and warmer water as a bidet, but those are much more expensive. For the money, it's not bad and the quality is good.

This sprayer has a really strong spray, which is better than being too weak. The adjustable tip switches between two strengths. However the weaker of the two settings is the best if using this on any area of the skin (it is still fairly strong). The stronger setting can be used for cleaning other items.The fittings are metal and feel extremely solid. This is one area that made me select this product. It did not disappoint. I was concerned that adding this sprayer might introduce some smaller leaks in the fittings, but so far no issues.The button on/off (locks in place for on and needs to be depressed a second time to turn it off) takes a bit getting used to, and in hindsight I probably would have preferred a on/off that turns off when it is released. But that is minor and the button works fine with no issues so far. I am sure it is handy if used for cleaning the bowl or other items.Bottom line - it does everything as expected and no issues. I am a happy customer!

I was excited about it at first and it seemed to be operating well. The pressure was great and it was overall a well poised addition to my master bathroom. The install seemed easy and straightforward. I followed all the steps and the product leaked, causing me expensive damage to the ceiling of my main floor. Needless to say it was not worth the temporary convenience, unfortunately.

I installed this and it was awkward to install. I ordered a Wasser King bidet at the same time. The other one was easier to install. I didn't like how the button on three side that once you push it in it stays in and water keeps coming out. It was counter intuitive and the kids cried because they got water everywhere and couldn't get it off. Not kid friendly.

I installed this bidet sprayer myself on 10/19 in about an hour with a Leatherman multi-tool. I love it and I use it all the time. Needless to say it has proven to be indispensable in these days of toilet paper shortages. I am a woman in my 60s.This sprayer is sturdy and comes with everything needed to install it properly.

Its been like 7 months I have had this product and this was not cheap compared to other bidets. It feels very heavy and nice material but last week it stopped working. I am really sad and disappointed. It should have at-least lasted couple of years as described. Idk how to contact the seller but seller if you see this please contact me and help me if u can. The button that we push for it to spray went in and it wont come out. So not able to use it or water doesn't come out. It took us a long time to assemble it to my bathroom as initially it kept leaking. And all that hard work for nothing.

Initially, I loved this item. It was well constructed and provided multiple and various types of pressure, but failed to work after 18 months of use. Apparently the pump mechanism failed to work and requires that I discard and/or purchase a knew one. Therefore, I would not recommend any device with a push button pumping mechanism and consequently, a push handle/lever may provide more longevity of use.I find it disheartening that the product was poorly constructed because, I have long felt a bidet is an effective and beneficial sanitary health measure for both male and female use.
