I am on a weight loss journey and purchase these because they are good for toning with weight loss, very satisfied with lroduct so far have only had a week, but they do what they were expected to do.

Barely useful
The bands are extremely weak. Only the heaviest and second to heaviest are useful for anyone with a modicum of strength.
