This anti snoring chin strap worked well with my CPAP machine. It helped my keep my mouth closed and prevented a dry mouth. The chin strap takes a couple uses to get accustomed to and adjusting it was fairly straight forward. Comes with some extra items which is a bonus. Overall a good product and helped with my snoring!

It is scratchy on my face and I wake up in the middle of the night because of it. I find it difficult to put on with my long hair. Will look for another one that is softer for my face.

I tried to sleep with this one night and my mouth remained open and did not help in sleeping without snoring on my back.
