Chromatographically purified.; *Protein Content: Protein quantitation was carried out by two independent methods: 1. UV spectroscopy at 280nm. 2. Analysis by RP-HPLC, using a standard solution of Rat Growth Hormone as a Reference Standard.; *Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Rat-GH in sterile 18M -cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.; *Seq: The sequence of the first five N-terminal amino acids was determined and was found to be Met-Phe-Pro-Thr-Ile. ; *Storage: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only.
