Does the luggage sleeve zip at the bottom to become a pocket when not in use as a luggage sleeve?

No there is no bottom zip to create a pocket

What is the length of the handle drop? I am referring to the carry handles, not the crossbody/ backpack strap. Thanks!

The cross-body or backpack strap is adjustable and can be as long as 56” or as short as 30”.

Is shoulder strap removable want to replace with a new camo one

Yes, it is removable. I added a more padded shoulder strap when taking it on an international trip and using it to carry my laptop.

Is there a luggage sleeve?

The bag is roomy. There are two sleeves on the side where you can place water bottles and there are two compartments in the front there is also a sleeve in the back where you could slip it on your carry-on and it would stay put the fabric is wonderful but I do not use it as a backpack
