Does it make the dough turn purple when cooking?

I have ordered this twice and the product is excellent for gluten-free baking. It does not turn purple as some psyllium products do. It is to do with the processing - the outer husk contains anthocyanins that turn purple. The higher quality products remove the outer husk.

Does your factory handle gluten,soya,milk ?

Can someone confirm this whole psyllium husk seeds and not the powder?

This is fairly granular husk, not the fine, bitter powder. It works well in fruit smoothies. I have used the product for years and it is worth buying. I buy the 1kg bag but the supplier does have random stock issues with this.
