SO much easier than other luggage sets
I was a little skeptical at first, but you really CAN fill all three bags and attach them together using the ultra-adhesive Velcro connectors. I've had 60 pounds in the big one and filled 40 pounds of stuff into the mid-size one, and secured them together. When I encountered an escalator, the big bag's wheels were on the step and the other bag was suspended in mid-air. The Velcro is VERY adhesive and takes a bit of effort to undo them when you want to take them apart. That being said, the body of the bag is blown/molded plastic, and although I've only used them twice for ocean cruise trips, it's clear that the wheels being put on the ground a little too roughly by the luggage stewards HAS caused the corner where the wheels are mounted to bend, leaving a white stress mark in the plastic. It's just a matter of time before it breaks.I'll say that the wheels are VERY smooth, and you can push or pull the fully-loaded bags through an airport with almost ZERO resistance. Give it a push and it'll keep going on its own.The built-in zipper tab locks are a genius move, and knowing the locks are TSA compliant makes it easy to drop off, knowing that ONLY the TSA can get in, if needed, and the porters can't pry the zipper apart with a ballpoint pen. Well, they CAN, but they'd have no way of covering their tracks, as the zipper pulls are locked into the bag body itself.Speaking of zipper, the halves of the bag don't always align (because the plastic body is flimsy) and it takes some elbow grease to get both fully-loaded halves aligned to get the zipper closed.I did like the battery pack connector and USB outlet on the small bag, used to charge your cell phone or accessories, but wish it was available on the medium and large bags too. I seldom use the really small one.I *did* purchase the extended warranty on these, since (as any frequent traveler knows) the wheels are the Achilles' heel, and I fully expect them to break well before the bag itself does. I'll update the review if anything changes.

I find the Velcro very hard to open and separate the cases.
I do love them, i also own 2 sets of the soft side, which I find a lot to attach to each other, the hard cases are very hard to open the Velcro and um, it's very hard to separate them once they're together. My problem ISIS I bought them and used them for a trip which I happen to still be on and the bottom zipper of the small case broke. So I cannot lock it, I have to zip it all the way down to the bottom. And the locking mechanism is at the top. I've been trying to work this out with the company but they want me to send them a picture which I cannot do. It will not accept the type of picture. I have on my phone so I'm pretty disappointed. I have four sets, and I just don't know what to do.Hopefully, we can get this taken care of Update they are replacing the one that is broken. Update to follow.

Awesome Design
Sturdy luggage. Awesome Design. Much easier to deal with multiple suitcases at one time.UPDATE: Just completed my first trip with this luggage and it was a game changer. Connected two suitcases together to pull through the airport with no problem. The held tightly and rolled easily. Wish I would've had this luggage years ago!

Too Hard To Separate
I so wanted to give this item a5 start rating but I just can't. They are truly amazing but, when you're traveling, you don't have a lot of time when you're standing at the counter trying to get checked in. We'll, the slot of time it takes to disconnect these suitcases from each is easy too long. The velcro that's in these are very strong and i understand it had to be but I (just speaking for me) a very hard time discord them at the check-in counter. They are great to use when going through the airport or when you reach your destination.

They do pull easily
Bought this set 3 years ago and they are still in very good shape. I fly about 3x a year and they have definitely with stood the luggage personals torcher. The fact that they can roll together is the only reason I purchased them and that works great too. (Except on carpet, a little harder to pull)
