This unit was impossible to use. It has the most unusual set up procedure and method of function, -- though we wanted to like it, we had to return it and do not recommend it. We are extremely technical and long time users of tech and this kind of tech, -- so, we are confused as to the reviews. We stuck with our iPhone Map gps and looks like that'll be that. So long as that's as good as it is, we don't see a benefit to this anymore and not after this purchase.

This item is not working like it should giving wrong and longer destinations not happy with it at all .how can you help me ? And was this a refurbished item?

This product was difficult to program for navigation. And it constantly kept telling me that I was exceeding the speed limit, even if it was only one or two miles over the posted limit. I would not buy it again

Just started to use mine today! It’s great.. does it all! Couldn’t be happier!!

Loved the way it looked but was not easy to use. Never could get the address in. Sent it back.
