12-15% Alpha acid hop with spicy grapefruit and citrus flavor and smell fallowed by tropical fruit notes and slight tangy pine. This is a bittering hop that is best used in first hop additions. However, it is growing in popularity as a late addition and also for dry hopping. This hop can be used in most American Ales, IPAs, PAles, Porters, Saison and is pretty amazing in Balck IPAs.
