Works fine.
It's secure and neat and it works fine. You can EQ it to a 58 or stick it in front of your twin reverb turned up to 11 and it handles it just fine. Every musician/sound engineerr should have at least one.

Fits my SM57 perfect.
Fits my SM57 perfect. Never really had need to use it, so can't really comment on how or if it affects the sound.

Does it's job at the best price I found on the web.
Paid around £14 for this and it seems to work well, especially in conjunction with a normal pop shield. Only knocking a star as the plastic collar that goes between the screw and mic had slipped to the end of the foam inside and was a pain to get out, nearly gouging the foam. As long as you're careful getting it out then this shouldn't deter those who need this product from buying. There are no better alternatives out there for the price.

Seems to be a genuine SHURE product which works very well. Rejects plosives when attached to a SM57 or similar making it a very versatile item.
