Faster then charging via camera
It's faster then charging via the camera for the Z battery and faster then the aftermarket chargers that the stores sell. The single charger is also faster then the duel one from Sony. The Z batteries last for hours so you don't need to change and charge as many batteries as you did in the past. Serious recommendation DO NOT buy the cheap aftermarket batteries for the Sony cameras that take the Z battery. The camera knows and it also makes the cheap batteries hot in the camera (not mine - the A9 in the store), a comparability issue. The big draw back is the wire to plug in the wall, like no one ever hear of a built in plug?

As described. It's the real thing.
I apparently left the original charger that came with the Canon T7i at a video gig. I considered getting an off-brand for less money, but the reviews on those were predominantly negative. I decided not to risk it and paid the higher price for this OEM version. The product appears to be legitimate and charges the batteries the same as well as the original did.

Factory charger
I was able to pick mine up gently used for a fraction of the cost of a new charger. I bought a battery grip for my T6i which requires factory batteries. I needed a second charger so I could charge two batteries at the same time. So far, I'm very pleased.

Charges well
Small and fits in a purse or backpack that has camera gear. Does well charging my battery, I have a Canon EOS T7i Rebel.
