Turn back time with this combo
After a long, frustrating search for the perfect face cream, I can confidently say my search is over. I’ve been using this consistently for over six months, and it is truly 'the one' for me. The texture is incredible—lightweight yet deeply moisturizing, providing intense hydration without leaving any oily, greasy, or heavy residue behind like so many other brands I’ve tried. I apply a small, dime-sized amount every night before bed, and it absorbs fully while I sleep. I wake up to calm, rejuvenated skin, and any morning puffiness or redness is completely gone. A little goes a long way, so this jar lasts for quite a while, making it an excellent value. Recently, I’ve started pairing it with a face roller, and it helps the cream penetrate deeper to smooth out fine lines and crevices—it honestly feels like I’m turning back time. I cannot recommend this enough—a definitive 10/10.

A Simple, Affordable Night Cream That Actually Works
Let me just say this upfront: you do not need a $98 cream in a fancy jar to have soft, glowing, younger-looking skin. I’m 54, my skin is dry, and I get asked if I’m in my 30s on the regular. This CeraVe Night Cream is a big part of why. I know it’s technically marketed for nighttime, but my skin is Sahara-level dry, so I use it during the day too. I layer a tiny bit of castor oil underneath (an aesthetician recommended that combo to me), and my face stays moisturized, calm, and honestly as soft as a baby’s bottom. What I Love: • Deep hydration without feeling greasy It’s thick in the jar but melts right into your skin — perfect under makeup or on its own. • Gentle, no-fragrance formula My skin is sensitive, and this doesn’t irritate or break me out at all. • Peptides + ceramides + hyaluronic acid Basically all the things every expensive brand brags about… except this one is actually affordable. • Skin looks smoother and more rested After a few weeks, my fine lines looked less noticeable and my skin barrier felt stronger. A quick heads up: It doesn’t come with an inner seal inside the jar — that’s normal for this product, but good to mention for anyone wondering. Bottom Line: This is one of the best moisturizers you can buy at this price point. If you have dry or mature skin, skip the pricey stuff and try this first. Your skin (and your wallet) will thank you.

CeraVe, You Get Me
My mature, sensitive skin and dry eyes don't play well with most beauty products and cosmetics. CeraVe has been a godsend for me. I'm reviewing the night cream here but also mentioning some other CeraVe products to share with other folks who have sensitive skin like mine. When my go-to extra moisturizing skin cleansing balm was recently discontinued I was bereft, thinking I was not going to find a suitable replacement. However, I now use CeraVe foaming oil face cleanser and this CeraVe moisturizing night cream at night, with satisfactory results. The oil face cleanser removes makeup and leaves my face clean but calm and soft. [Not that tight, stripped-of-oils feeling that I get from so many other products, which unfortunately includes Cerave skin cleansing balm. The cleansing balm took makeup off and didn't irritate my skin but gradually stripped it of natural oil]. Then I apply the CeraVe moisturizing night cream which soothes, moisturizes and helps retain moisture throughout the night and into the next day. I can't emphasize how much of a breakthrough this is for me. Even though the extra moisturizing cleansing balm I previously used at night didn't strip my skin, I really haven't had a suitable product for a long time that could retain moisture overnight without irritating my skin and eyes. With the CeraVe night cream, my skin stays moisturized until I am ready to clean and prepare my skin for makeup the next day. If I don't do that until noon it doesn't matter because my skin stays moisturized until then. Since starting the use of the CeraVe cleansing oil and CeraVe night cream, the appearance of my skin has improved. I have my naturally rosy cheeks and soft, clear skin without either the redness or dullness that have resulted when I used some other facial products. I round out my skin care routine in the morning, splashing my face with warm water and very gently wiping with soft washcloth soaked in warm water, then applying a skin barrier repair lotion to my face and under eyes before applying a popular tinted CC cream. [I once used CeraVe's face serum at night with amazing results. My skin was soft and it diminished the look of wrinkles. But my skin became sensitized to it and I can no longer use it. I do highly recommend it for people who do not have skin as ultra sensitive as mine.] CeraVe also has a Moisturizing Cream for Face and Body that I use on my neck, upper chest and hands. That, too, has been a game changer for me. It's the best product I have found for keeping crepey appearance at bay on my neck and it lasts beyond 24 hours. It also keeps my dry, eczema-prone hands calm and moisturized. I generally just have to use it once a day. [My hands really are sensitive. I use household gloves religiously and use CeraVe's non-foaming Hydrating Facial Cleanser as a hand soap.] The moisturized feeling from the CeraVe cream doesn't disappear when I wash my hands. The cream seems to actually treat my hands, not just attempt to hold in moisture.

Great product, little quantity for large price
I absolutely love this night cream. I do wish they would make a bigger jar of it for the price . Only complaint I have is the amount you get for a large price

CeraVe Night Cream Keeps My Skin Hydrated and is CPAP-Friendly. I have a tip for CPAP users.
I really like this CeraVe Skin Renewing Night Cream. I’ve been using it every night for months, and it has become an essential part of my bedtime routine. The texture is rich but not heavy, and it absorbs quickly without leaving my skin greasy or sticky. My skin wakes up soft, hydrated, and refreshed every morning. I also use a CPAP mask for sleep apnea, and this cream doesn’t interfere with the seal at all, which is a huge relief. Many creams make my mask leak, but this one works perfectly for me. Pro Tips For general use: Apply a small amount and gently massage it in circular motions, especially around the cheeks and under the eyes. Letting it sit overnight allows the skin to fully absorb the hydration and renewing benefits while you sleep. For CPAP users: Apply the cream sparingly around the areas that touch your mask, especially the nose bridge and cheeks, and wait a few minutes for it to fully absorb before putting on your mask. This keeps your skin hydrated without compromising the mask seal. Why I Like It * Smooth, rich texture that absorbs quickly * Hydrating and soothing without feeling greasy * Works well with CPAP mask—no leaks * Affordable compared to other night creams * Perfect for daily nightly creams Cons * If your goal is **deep wrinkle reduction or eliminating dark circles**, this cream may not meet expectations. * Some may prefer a heavier or more luxurious texture if their skin is extremely dry. Overall This night cream isn’t just functional—it’s comforting, effective, and fits perfectly into my routine. It keeps my skin soft and hydrated, works with my CPAP mask, and helps me wake up feeling refreshed. While it’s not a miracle for deep wrinkles, for my everyday night care needs, CeraVe Skin Renewing Night Cream works beautifully and won’t break the bank.

Holy grail alternative to expensive creams!
I’ve been using this product RELIGIOUSLY every night for over 3 years without even bothering with more expensive night creams because it’s just that good! For context, I’m in my late 30s with oily but not acne prone, non sensitive skin and some fine lines, and I’ve tried a LOT of mid to higher mid range products. The texture of this cream is super rich and luxurious, sinks in nicely and leaves my skin feeling INSANELY soft and silky by morning. I especially love to use it when my face is dry from tretinoin or chapped from wind and sun, as it makes it calm and comfortable again by the next day. It never stings and I wake up with skin that feels smooth as butter! I layer my toner and serums underneath and this sits beautifully on top like a thick moisturizer without pilling or turning greasy, and stays hydrating my skin all night. It also works just as well on nights when I’m too lazy to do my full skincare routine and I only have this on, so it’s a breeze to keep using consistently. I’ve given jars of it to friends who were just starting to care about skincare and they all ended up calling it a game changer. Overall this night cream is sooooo worth it for perfect it keeps my skin and how long a jar lasts (2 months of consistent nightly use). I’d recommend it to anyone who wants an effective night cream without breaking the bank!

Highly recommend
I haven't taken care of my skin properly and now, at 54, I am slathering this on my face twice a day. Mostly because it feels nice not to have dry taut skin. As a result, my skin looks so much better my husband has commented on it. Better than that, my dermatologist said " your skin looks good. Especially your face." It has helped significantly with dryness and it has plumped up a little as well. It has done little for my neck waddle, but I don't think it makes bold claims like that. 😊 I have powered through the container which is interesting because I don't think I have ever used a whole jar of face moisturizer in my life. I was putting it on heavy so I went through it in less than three months. That may seem excessive but having actual healthy skin is a welcomed change. Relative to a lot of moisturizers, it's not that expensive. I definitely recommend. Adding pictures. First are from Nov 2025 and then two from February 2026.

Add to your night time routine!! Love
My go to. This is the best. It’s thick but absorbs well, and easy to rub on your face, makes you feel moisturized and when you wake up it’s not excessively oily where you feel gross like most night creams.
