I love this collar for Ollie Nugget. It's a great value and doesn't have an especially strong smell unless you are right up to it. He has had bad reactions to other natural ingredient flea colors and had fleas! This one is gentle on him and highly effective and lasts! I highly recommend. You can even subscribe and save this item. The size is great as you can put on a significantly large animal and have enough. I cut several inches off to size it properly around me doggo's neck. It's especially easy to use.

This product does not work to kill fleas

I had high hopes for the Adams Plus Flea and Tick Collar, but I’m extremely disappointed. I bought two collars—one for my German Shepherd and one for my black Lab. First, they do not stay on. No matter how I adjusted them, they kept slipping off or loosening, which made them unreliable right from the start. More importantly, they didn’t work at all. Even after over a month of use, both dogs still have fleas and are constantly scratching and uncomfortable. I expected at least some relief, but there’s been no improvement. Unfortunately, this product did nothing for us, and I would not recommend it to anyone dealing with a flea problem.

Couldn’t see much results from it.

I use all of the Adams Flea and Tick products, they are effective and work well. However the collar is worthless. Seems like when the drops down their back and the shampoo wears off the fleas are right back on them, even with the collar on them. Litterally useless. I have bought the collar a couple times hoping the first one just was a fluke with it not doing anything but nope the second one doesnt do anything either. Honestly save your money with this one and use the other Adams Flea & Tick products because they actually work. Make sure when getting the other Adams Flea & Tick products you get the ones that say "Adams Plus" because they kill the flea eggs and larvae, if you get the regular one the fleas come right back because they have a cycle (youll have to look up the cycle part of fleas) so make sure and get the one that says Plus, it will kill them. For reference we have a pitbull and she weighs about 70 pounds

I got this for my dog nearly three weeks ago since tick season began early in the Ozarks. I grew up in Maine and the ticks here are worse than in the woods of Maine growing up, which is the worst I have ever seen. Anyway, I purchased this collar because it was advertised to work to prevent ticks, fleas and their larvae. After the last two and a half weeks, I can say that I might as well have burned the money I spent on this as it worked for a few days and then didn't. My son, Growler, is an active two year old who spends several hours each day in his enclosure playing with his brother and he currently has five tick and flea bites in addition to six ticks currently attached to him that he refuses to let me remove (two of which are dug in). So, in closing, don't throw away your money and get a better flea/tick collar.

you will feel the difference in your dog after putting on the collar. no smell but effective. results can be seen within a week. regards.

The powder and the scent is strong but I guess that makes it more effective. Overall, I think it served its purpose.
