Great plug, but not for medium to fine wire
Bought this for a 220v Radial Arm Saw that draws ~8 Amps, for which I had a 14 AWG wire. This plug has a very nicely designed screw-down to attach each wire to each prong of the plug, but the screw-down is designed for quite thick wire (maybe 8 AWG? dunno) and was unable to grip my puny 14 gauge copper. Rather than artificially increasing my wire diameter by doubling up, I exchange the plug for one of different design that was better able to accommodate mid-gauge wire.This is a quality plug, but only for thick wires.

Made A great reaplcement
We bought a fryer that was hard wired, and needed a new plug - this one was easy to wire, and was very solid (a concern with buying plastics online). very happy with it and would buy another if the situation arose.

Pretty good
Seems well made. A little tough getting soow 6-3 cord to fit in the wire clamp. Had to trim with utility knife to make wider.Used to replace cord on old buzz box welder.
