This is a lighter to digest (feels less full) cereal than quinoea. I switched to this as my go to veggie protein. Quick recipes1. Puffed Amaranth + frozen bananas + almond milk --> Vita-mix it2. I needed somewhere to place two to three pairs of garden and outdoor shoes next to door, in my tiny little entryway. This rack holds them upright taking little floor space, up against cabinet. Entry door swings open as far as necessary. As shown in photos below, I've started using rack for two pairs of sneakers, one pair rather bulky and one pair lightweight slip-ons, plus the dustpan/brush which actually stands up on its own and stays handy. The only negative point is a long shipping time to the U.S. I recommend this rack as a practical solution to common problem!

Assembly is required! I didn't know if I liked them better with or without the extra petals. I didn't like the tacky gems so I flipped them over. The color of the purple is really pretty. You can bend them easily.

Tastes just like amaranth. Only puffed. Saves you the time of cooking it. You can add it directly to salads, oat porridge, etc. I give it 4 stars because it isn't as readily snackable or usable as I expected. I thought it would have more versatility or possibly be good plain. I actually don't enjoy it plain.

Got this card for my daughters wedding anniversary. She was thrilled since she lives in the south where they have lots of dogwood trees. It was very well made, couldn't have been happier. Saw these guys on Shark Tank and thought their stuff was worth looking at, glad I did.

These cards are awesome. They are intricate as well as beautiful. So this on Shark Tank and ordered a couple here because I am an Amazon Prime member and it is easier to order from Amazon that anywhere else.

I ordered this product thinking that it would be large morsels of amaranth, because of the "puffed" amaranth description. If I had known that the amaranth would be in such a miniscule size, I probably would have never ordered it, but I am still glad that I did because it is one of the healthiest grains in the universe, very high in both fiber and protein, and a perfect food for someone like me, who is a gluten intolerant vegan.I already use the organic oats from this same company, so I was glad that they also sell an organic puffed amaranth product. I combine the oats with a few tbsps. of this amaranth in a bowl, pour boiling water over it, and let it sit for 30 minutes. You don't have to cook either item, just let it soak in boiling water for 30 minutes, and the oats expand totally and are ready to eat. I add some flax meal and some cinnamon, and that is my breakfast every morning. The amaranth really gives it a unique taste, that I prefer to just the oatmeal alone. The bag is huge, and I only use a few tbsps. at a time, so it should last for a long time.
