Great deal and works great
I bought this via the Amazon warehouse for a great price as a replacement for a 10-year Swann DVR that quit recording. It comes with a 12-month warranty, which is excellent. The setup was effortless, with clear written instructions and many diagrams. Of course, I was transferring the BNC cameras from the old to the new DVR. However, programming the DVR and the online App was also easy. The only thing I needed help with was adding my Gmail for alerts. A quick call to Swann tech support resolved this. I am still getting ready for a new digital system and all the rewiring that requires. I will look to Swann again because of their very responsive and patient technical support team when that time comes. I have been a customer for ten years and never had a negative experience.

Half of the options of this device do not work!!!
DVR is not recognizing a HDD, but was posted for sale with a 1TB HDD, and also only 4 channels work out of the 8 channels that it is supposed to support. Messaged about the issue with no response!!!!
