Great stuff.
Best paste I've ever used. This wax substance works much like gel except that it is not shiny and has a matte like finish. This allows it to give your hair a more natural texture and appearance. It is also not brittle like gel is, so you can still run your hands through it and it will hold your hair up. The normal size container lasts me probably 8 months or some thing (ballpark) with regular length guy hair (though I suppose my girlfriend uses it on occasion now that I think about it), but it does eventually start drying up even if you just open it to get it on your finger and then close it.I find that it works best with almost completely dry hair and completely dry hands. About 20 minutes after a shower with my hair and I just run my hand through my hair for like 2 seconds and it looks great.

The only game in town for thick wavy hair
If you have a thick wavy hair type this is probably one of the only products that will work for you. I personally hate products that leave your hair shiny and with that "crunchy" feeling to it. This product avoids that while still having fantastic hold.Pros:-Relatively cheap-Size is fairly good for the price-Hold is fantastic-No shininess or crunchNeutral:-The smell. For me its just OK. Its kind of has a lemony citrus smell to it but it is a tad strong for me.Con:-It is quite sticky on the hands, somewhat difficult to wash off in my experience. The Verdict:-For thick wavy hair its a must have. The price point and size are all reasonable. This product is at least worth a try if you don't like the shine and crunch texture of other products.

Kept my hair going all day.
Great hair fiber. Has great hold and keeps your hair style pretty much the same throughout the day. It has no scent and does not leave the hair feeling greasy at all. The only sort of knock that I found was that it takes a little extra effort to wash off but it’s not difficult. One of the best hair products I’ve used.

Solid product for the price
I have used a handful of products for my short (1-1.5"), slightly wavy hair to give it some lift and texture. My hair is on the thicker side. Compared to other American Crew products I have used, this stands out as a superior product. Even with thicker hair, it keeps its hold for the day. The finish is natural without any shine. My only beef is that it clumps on occasion when spreading it on your fingers so be sure you do so thoroughly. This is especially true if your hands are wet at all. I've caught white globs in my hair when I've failed to spread it completely before applying, and once I missed it until someone at work asked me if I had gum in my hair. Oops. It does apply well to wet hair, although the application will be diluted so the hold after drying won't be as firm. Overall, I've had better products but they usually cost 25-50% more and often can only be bought at a salon.

Love this
We love this texture pomade. It creates a natural look in the hair but still keeping a firm hold. It looks great and keep the hair soft.

Happy husband
My husband swears by this hair wax—and I have to admit, it works great. It gives his hair a clean, polished look without making it stiff or greasy. The hold lasts all day, but it still looks natural and touchable. Plus, it smells really nice without being overpowering. Easy win for both of us!

Very good, my hair appreciated it.
I loved it. It allows you to leave your hair in the desired position, the product is easily removed when you wash your head and does not leave a smell of fragrance, grease or anything else unpleasant. On the other hand, it yields a lot because only a small portion is used.

Great for natural looking hair; not-so-great for molded styles.
I'd like to preface this by saying that everyone's hair is different, and therefore reacts differently to different styling products. Also, I am still in the process of finding the best way to use this product for my hair (amount, dry vs damp vs wet, hair length, etc.)I've heard great things about this product, and therefore I was very excited to give it a try. The price was honestly the main selling point for me; I felt that it was very low risk to try it when it was available for only $9, as I've seen it listed upwards of $19 in drugstores and department stores. To summarize, here's what I liked and disliked about the product;PROS:1. Smell: I normally don't pay much attention to the smell of hair styling products, but this one is something else. I thoroughly enjoy its clean, lemony scent. It's by no means overpowering, but leaves your hair with a fresh, subtle smell.2. Easy Applicability: The first time I styled my hair with American Crew Fiber, I used a dime-sized amount. I think that in the future, I may use a bit more, as it didn't deliver the results I expected. That being said, it's incredibly easy to spread through your hair from root to tip.3. Hair Texture: Unlike other products, American Crew Fiber did not leave my hair feeling hard. Rather, my hair remains soft and pliable; I can run my hands through my hair to re-position or restyle it4. Natural Finish: The product description says "low shine", but I would personally argue it's a matte finish. I really didn't get much of any shine out of this product, which is to my personal liking. In all honesty, American Crew Fiber gives the impression that I have nothing in my hair, and I just wake up with great-looking hair. I would definitely recommend America Crew Fiber if you're going for a more natural looking hairstyle, but not if you'd like your hair to have a wet or slick appearance to it.CONS:1. Hold: The only real issue I had with this product was it's hold, or lack thereof. It's described as having high hold, but this simply isn't the case. I would describe it as having a medium hold; it retains itself when you are sedentary, but you will lose basic shape when you're up and moving. Also, I've heard people say that your hair will have a flat and dull look to it if you wear this in sunny, high temperatures. I can neither confirm nor deny this as it is currently winter, but something to consider.
