This fits just as per other reviews said--glad I read first. My child is 53 in tall(4ft 5), longer legs with that height, waist and hips are about 22-24 inches. We ordered Intermediate Child(IC) size. The legs are long...down to her heels, but she likes them like that(for jazz). Comparing to other "standard" clothing, these are about a 6x-7waist/hips, but an8-10 pant length. The fabric is silky, flexible, but not cheap or too thin, and easy to stretch/do splits in. I love them so much i am going to try a Large for my 5ft3in 90lb older daughter.

my daughter is 9 years old about 4 feet tall and about 60 pounds on the dance team and she absolutely loves these pants. I love these pants on her they look really pretty, very classy and they provide that overall dance team look. they are very comfortable she says, so I would highly recommend these pants.

Perfect fit for my 7 year old dancer! She’s tall and thin with long legs. It’s a struggle to find pants long enough that fits in the waist. These fit perfect and are made out of great comfortable and durable material. Highly recommend for your dancer.

I bought these Jazz pants for my daughter for a dance recital. And i looked up the sizing chart for the actual company and they fit as expected compared to that chart. My daughter is tall and lean for an 8 yr old and these pants were not to long or to small.

I purchased these for my granddaughter, who is 7 years old. She needed them for tap lessons . These fit very well, they were a bit long, but i just used my rotary cutter to make them shorter. Her dance teacher said you don't even have to hem them because they don't fray. She loved the way they feel. "They are so silky!" They were delivered promptly.

I bought the intermediate size for my daughter and while the waist fits pretty snug, the length of the pants are extremely long. My daughter is NOT short by any means. She's very tall and slim. If she wasn't slim, these would be tight in the waist and super long. I'm not sure which body type these were made for - Odd, I think.The material is nice and soft, kind of like a shiny spandex.

Niece was taking hip hop classes and told to get jazz pants. The teacher was selling some over priced one. The teacher loved them. My niece says they are comfortable but kind of long (but then she is tiny for her age). Excellent price as far as I am concerned. Good quality. I would definitely recommend them.
