Good job in kitchen
Excellent flavor for so many dishes. Doesn't overpower the dish and a little flavors perfectly. I use in sauces, pickles, kimchi, salad dressings, and marinades. Works wonderful without additional salt.

Pricey
Well, dunno what I was thinking buying this when I can get the same or any other good brand at Safeway or an Asian store for less. Fish sauce is the same and this one is no special, but maybe there is something different I just didn't notice it except the price lol.

Perfect for kimchi
I remember reading somewhere that kimchi doesn't turn out OK if any other fish sauce is used. Since there's a lot of work involved in making it, I did not feel like risking a whole batch just to test a theory. Moreover, it made sense to use Korean ingredients for a Korean recipe. Therefore I will continue purchasing this product.
