This wax is great for the price! I tend to go through a full bag in about 3 months when using it at a pace of about once every 2 weeks. The wax melts evenly in a wax warmer and the smell is quite pleasant although a bit strong. I find it very easy to apply with a wood wax applicator (tongue depressor) and it applies smoothly and with a consistent thickness onto the skin. The wax doesn't break apart into chunks when removing from the skin and seems to grip even the most stubborn thick hairs leaving very little left over, however it seems to have a little bit of a harder time gripping very fine hairs. Overall I think this wax is great for at home waxing and I'll continue to repurchase it.

This wax is one of the best! I’m a professional waxer. I’ve been waxing for almost 10 years. I’ve worked at chain waxing salons and private salons and I know how hard it is to find a great hard wax, but this one tops the list! I’ve been through, Gigi which is the worst of the worst, Satin Smooth which is fine, and Cerepil which I’ve used for the past 2 years. But I’m so glad I have found this one! It doesn’t dry and crack like the others. It’s stays a little tacky, which is what you want, and leaves such a clean surface behind. I use it for Brazilians, underarms, and face. What’s great is that you’re not spending a fortune and you get a large amount for a great product. Highly recommend for anyone who loves hard wax or in need of wax for intimate areas. Soft, gentle, doesn’t tug. I will be buying this product for a long time. Im glad I tried it!

I really like this wax! I recently bought a wax warmer and after using the wax that came as a part of the kit, I almost gave up on waxing at home. I did want to make it work, though, so I decided to look for a new wax. This one had good reviews on other websites and the price was good enough to try at least once. The package came more quickly than predicted, and the wax did have a lower melting point when I put it in my warmer. That meant it was less stringy and easier to smooth on. I tried it on my underarm first—a spot that the last wax did a poor job on. This time after I’d waited for the wax to cool, it was still a little flexible when I pulled up the strip, so it didn’t break into pieces like the first brand I’d used. The best part was looking down at the wax I’d just pulled off: there was plenty of hair on the strip. Success! I do recommend this product.

I've been using the GiGi floral hard wax for years now for bikini waxes and for facial waxing. It's been getting too expensive to buy each cannisters individually, so I decided to try this instead as a more economical alternative. I bought an empty wax cannister to accompany this to use with my GiGi wax warmer which was about $6-$7. Overall, the cost per ounce turned out to be cheaper. This is a good wax and I love the color because it helps me see if I left any residue behind. It hardens pretty quickly but doesn't become rock solid to where you'd be breaking it off in pieces, which I REALLY like. The cons of this are: - It's very very stringy. You have to constantly be rotating the spatula and scraping off the excess to not get spider webs of wax everywhere. - It doesn't pull little hairs. My GiGi floral hard wax pulls every single hair including the tiny ones but this one you'll have to go over twice for areas that grow fine hair (like upper lip area). Other than that, it's a steal! Get it. Hope they can reduce the price even more in the future.

The scent is almost like a plastic scent? Doesnt really bother me and it not to strong only when the wax pot is really high. I enjoy this wax a lot. I like the amount for the price and I like how the wax lays against the skin. It is easy to apply bigger strips of wax (from knee to ankle). Where as some other brands of wax I was unable to do that because they dried to quickly. So far the wax has been good. The wax will start to get stringy if the wax isnt warm enough. I've also waxed my legs twice since I've bought the wax and it has done a great job on getting all the hairs.

So I'd like it to be known I'm letting a patch of wax dry as I write this review because I just couldn't wait. I use to get professional Brazilian's every month, but when I moved away from my lady, I didn't feel like paying the price tag when I figured I could do it myself. So naturally I purchased the GiGi starter kit because I knew hard wax was the way to go. I was disappointed in the product but I used it until I ran out and saw the amazing reviews for this, and saw the product resembled the professional product. I purchased it and if this isn't the same exact product then it's pretty freaking close.. plus it's amazing. It's not tacky it goes on like warm plastic and dries like it. Less painful and less messy because it dries quickly. The bag will last me for a year probably so you just can't beat that for the price. Seriously, this is the best out there.

I ordered this because of the price and good reviews, but after using Kolua Wax, this stuff wasn't comparable. It didn't really grab onto hair the way the other wax did. I had to go over the same spot up to three times before giving up and plucking the rest. I don't mind the pain of waxing because the payoff is worth it, but this wax seemed like I was paying and paying and paying and I never felt that satisfied with the reaults. OK for a cheap wax, I guess, but if it means going over the same spot more than once, is it really cheaper?

Best wax I have found so far. I bought the Yeelen wax kit with the warmer some time back maybe about a year ago and the wax they provided worked really good. However, there refills and a few others I have tried break wash causing more pain than necessary. I did a little more research and wanted to give this one a try. I was looking for a wax that would not crack and stayed a bit more gummy versus becoming hard when it dried. This wax is probably what the pros use. I went to a wax center and it’s very similar to their wax in my opinion and that’s what I was looking for. I believe this bag is 2 pounds for $21 and it’s a good deal to me since I feel like even though it cost more up front I don’t have to keep reordering after one use. It doesn’t come with sticks so purchase those separately if you don’t already have them. I will continue to use this brand from now on it’s the easiest to work with and the best quality.

Brought a year ago for £15 and was really good wax but won't be buying again due to crazy price rise!

Smells absolutely awful and dries very slowly… everything else is… ok

Easy to use and very effective.....best home wax I’ve ever used!!! No need to try anything else!! Saves $$$ rather than going to a salon

I bought this for my wife who is a professional Esthetician to use at her home salon and she raved about it. Apparently it is an excellent professional quality hard wax.

It’s not the best wax I’ve ever seen but it’s pretty okay. Worth the investment
