For such an affordable price, these are some very high quality knives, at least as good as many topline brands that sell for hundreds of dollars. Sharp, ergonomic, excellent steel, and look pretty good in the kitchen, too. Kudos to Amazon- this is an excellent set of knives for anyone who appreciates quality kitchenware but is strapped for cash.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this knife set and was thinking it might be cheap and not work good. Amazon basics knife set is great and affordable. Nice look to it and slim. Looks like it can cut through anything. Sharp and comes even with a sharpener. Good buy.

It's very reasonably priced and includes a great selection of knives that I need at home. Overall, I'm satisfied with this product.However, one of the knives was slightly rusty at the tip when I first received it. I'm not sure why it was rusty, but I decided to keep it since returning it to Whole Foods and waiting for a replacement would be too much of a bother.

I'm genuinely impressed by this knife set. Having previously purchased a Walmart brand set, I expected similar quality, but this Amazon set is easily 10 times better! I'm fairly certain it was even more affordable. The knives are extremely sharp and feel high-quality. While the scissors are a bit on the cheaper side, that doesn't really bother me. For this price point, the knives are top tier.

These are great knives for the price. They may not be $100 knives but they work really good. I don’t let them sit in water so they haven’t rusted yet. They are sharp which I really like.

Really solid beginner set of knives. My partner is learning to cook and I wanted to get him a set he didn't have to be too careful with while he's learning, but these are surprisingly sturdy for the cost. Small bits of discoloration from leaving exposed to acidic compounds like any other cheaper knives, but that's why this is a learner set! Def worth for newer cooks.

Careful it is very sharp. The quality is good, and provides a lot of variety as well.

This knife set are okay for the price but mine started to rust instantly. I would not recommend getting these. Probably fine if you hand wash and dry them instantly. If you don’t expect there to be rust.
