Can this product be shiped to algeria?

I have my large condenser microphone, with a shock mount, on a boom that's extended out about 80%. Will this reflection filter work with a boom?

Just guessing, but I'd think that unless you have a very heavy base on the boom, the filter would cause the boom to "capsize". I have only used this with a desktop mic stand with a heavy base. You might want to look into other products to accomplish minimizing reflections/room noise. Eyeball, for example?

Is it true that all of these are shipped with Euro mic adapters and US adapters have to be ordered sep? If this is the case, how much are the US adapt

The adapters are dual with the one that was shipped to me, so the threads fit inside one another. Just take a penny and back out the screw and the two different adapters will separate. Like a "pipe" within a "pipe" if that makes sense.

what mic can fit this?

Just about any mic will fit. I've used a large condenser mic with a shockmount and an SM58 with a regular clip mount, both work fine.
