My 20 month old daughter can not have dairy and I can't seem to get enough greens in her juicer to give her enough calcium but she LOVES chocolate and we eat all organic but don't use sugar for baking or anything in our house- these vitamins are the EASIEST vitamins I have ever given her! She's usually better at taking something that tastes bad instead of something that is sweetened with sugar so we've had to just make her take an adult tablet before this but she actually looks forward to these and I couldn't be happier with themI tried one and they're a little chalky but she seems to suck on them which seems to work fine.Love that she won't want too many but the fact that they're chocolate flavored instead of a sour fruit flavor was a game-changed for us and it feels so awesome to know what vitamin we'll be buying from here on out!! The amount of options out there for vitamins is overwhelming and when considering the ingredients list and needing dairy free options, were sold on these!

I've tried to give my daughter the liquid ionic magnesium, but it tastes terrible. Both of my kids voluntarily eat up this vegan/gluten free Cal/Mag/D formula. It's a little chalky, but they're taking them consistently.

This is the only calcium and magnesium supplement that I can get my child to take. I really feel that supplementing calcium and magnesium in kids is very important but trying to find one that does not taste awful is a real challenge. I have tried many others both chewable and liquid and none of them worked because my child would refuse to take them because they tasted so bad.With this calcium and magnesium made with organic cocoa, my child will actually chew them up. We put them with a little cup of milk and say that together they make chocolate milk and it works like a charm. Now, my kiddo will actually take two each day and I see a big difference in the level of relaxation. I really like and recommend this product and after trying it out, bought four extra bottles to make sure not to run out.

While I feel these are good quality, they don't taste very good. Maybe that's good so that kids won't OD on Calcium, Magnesium, or Vitamin D? I dunno. My youngest likes them, but my older two think they taste like chalk. They actually remind me of hot cocoa mix a little. I will be searching for a different supplement for the kids.

I have an 11 year old and a 3 year old. My 11 year old likes the taste and says it taste like hot chocolate powder. My three year old tasted one of them but didn't want to take them again. I tasted it and didn't think they were bad tasting.

I blend it into my morning protein drink, adds nutritional values that I need.

This is just nasty. I love the Pioneer brand, but unfortunately their vitamins taste so bad. My kids won't touch them, so I thought I'd at least use them. But not even I could eat them. Such a bummer since I am looking for a cal/mag/D vitamin and it would have been perfect otherwise.
