K301 Square Drive Magnetic Bit Holder Socket Adapters, 3-Piece

At times the bit can be hard to get into some of them, but once there they work pretty good and you get pretty good torque with your socket set. Enough to tighten screws that power drills with high rotation can't. I've always been hesitant to get the high torque, low rotation battery operated drills for screwing as inevitably when you need to use it the battery is out, unless you use it very regularly, which I don't. This set solved my problem. I was even able to tighten some of the screws I had going into concrete, which I could not before.

Really haven’t used the socket adapter but the impact driver one I have almost wore it out and you can basically drive a large screw with one hand it does take a bit to get used to it

Needed bit holders for all drive sizes

Each of the bit holders has a small clip spring around the top edge inside. They are there to provide some extra grip on the bit as well as the magnet at the bottom. However, on the 1/4 socket, the spring was bent so I couldn't even get the bit into the holder. I just yanked them out of all three sockets. The opening is still "just barely" large enough to it still provides some side grip as well as the magnet at the bottom.

I've been using this bit adapter socket quite a bit and it has held up exceptionally well. The magnet in the bit holder is so strong that sometimes I pull the entire socket off of the anvil and not the bit itself. The quality is excellent and it has withstood being impacted even though its not supposed to be used on impacts. I most frequently use this on a ratchet.

It’s useful without breaking the bank and getting pre made socket bits. Why do that when you can have a whole set of bits and 3 adapters to use.

Product came in great condition, metal feels very well crafted to the touch. Works with any standard 1/4 bit that you can find. Typically the one's that are used in basic drill sets or multi-head screwdriver sets. Perfect for pairing with speed handles of various sizes as well as any standard ratchet for a little extra torque. Exercise care when applying torque using a ratchet or similar tool. Beats out the competition by offering three for the same price as one alone.

Do not order unless you have a small metal file. The driver bit would fit into the 1/4 and 3/8 sockets with a little twisting and pushing. I could only get the bit into the 1/2 socket about 1/8 inch. After some filing, I was able to make the 1/2 work and improved the fit on the 1/4 and 3/8.
