Excellent to keep bones strong and not brittle
I refuse to take calcium supplements and when my doctor wanted to put me on a pharmaceutical to strengthen my bones I did my research and found that Boron is excellent for maintaining bone health and has no awful side effects. being a natural product that a body can use. Solaray is an excellent product. I halted the bone loss as evidenced by my second bone scan. It surprised my doctor when I told her I refused to fill the script she wrote me the year before and told her what I had been taking. I also will never take another bone scan due to the radiation exposure. Nor will I take any of the pharmaceuticals for bone loss due to the statistics showing it does not prevent broken bones from falls. HUM.

I have taken 2-4 capsules a day with no adverse affect. Seems to work as advertised.

Better than a prescription
My aunt feet was swollen for a long time, after taking these less than a week her feet are back to normal with no pain anymore. I use tetra boron to help with inflammation to my back. Works wonders for ppl with inflammation.
