Really helps fight colds and works to keep sinuses and lungs healthy. I use whenever I feel a little under the weather. For me the taste is good, you may differ, it is the only Chinese cold tea I can get my child to drink!

Please note this product is not just kudzu root, it also has other ingredients. Also, not tea in the traditional sense. Not tea bags but little granules.

Agree with other reviewer. This is not a box of tea bags like one would imagine. It is a box of individual packets filled with granules. Not sure how to make this tea from granules. Maybe they dissolve.

After having my worst winter in years health wise this tea seems to help get rid of cold and congestion. By the second cup I started to enjoy the taste as well.

I agree with other reviewers. The meaning of Chinese characters on the product is "a treatment for common cold" but the English translation is Kudzu root plus tea.

I’ve been drinking this for 2 years since the old formulation from my Chinese doctor/acupuncturist was discontinued. I’ve been drinking a similar version of this for 25 years.For medicinal teas like this- it’s often sold as granules- brewed strong then dried down and sold in packets.If you take it the very first day you feel a scratchy throat, chances are about 80% of kicking the virus/head cold by the next day. Pair with YinChaio tablets and vitamin c/zinc supplements, and your odds go up.My kids have been drinking it ever since I could bribe them with a popsicle- it’s helps freeze taste buds so you don’t taste it. It’s slightly sweet- but icing it down after brewing helps too. Not as bad in taste as many medicinal teas.
