I like this because it works well, is reasonably priced, and is very sturdy. Pretty heavy, which provides stability for the mic. For a basic microphone stand, you can't go wrong with this one!

This item really speaks for itself. It is a small microphone stand meant for use with a desktop. The base is nice and weighted, but not too heavy to be unwieldy. It's a solid piece that serves its purpose and offers convenience for anyone looking to place a microphone on their desk.I would recommend you grab a shock-mount with this if you don't already have one, as it transfers vibrations though the stand! But that is honestly to be expected.

I use it to lift my little Behringer Eurolive B205D 150W 5.25 inch Powered Monitor Speaker off the floor and it does the job. It is sturdy enough and would also work well as a desk mic stand.

Heavy! Solid! Professional quality. The threads are also protected with an internal hard rubber stopper. It'll outlive three generations.

Just needed a basic stand for my elgato wave 3. I'm moving and in a temporary living situation. With that said I was son the hunt for something basic like this while my fancy arm is in storage. It was the right price and just what I needed without being overly tall and blocking my screen like many of the others.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I had ordered a desktop mic stand previously and it turned out to be tall enough to cover my face if the mic was in front of me. This one is 4.5" and is the perfect height to go along with the standard desk height and have the mic below my face. The base is heavy enough to hold a standard dynamic mic (which is what I have) and the mounts I have for it screw on just fine. Worth the purchase, and I'll probably go ahead and buy a 2nd one to go with mic #2 so I can do interviews & such.

I bought it for my Blue Yeti and it works great. It’s on the heavy side so good for heavy mics as well.

Very heavy microphone base that can support pretty much anything you can throw at it. Enough weight that you could probably put a reasonably long boom arm on it.

I was looking for some mic stands for a podcast me and my friends are doing and this stand not only is very affordable but also super solid (nothing made of plastic or anything fragile) and provides a really clean look. Paired 2 of these with Shure MV7s and 1 of them with a handheld mic. Perfect.
