Beachbody 21 Day Fix & 21 Day Fix Extreme - Workout Accessories + Fitness DVDs Bundle, Body Weight Home Workout Planner & Video Guide, Meal Plan and Portion Control Containers Included

I am 65yo & was looking for a workout video to do at home while my husband was recovering from a total knee replacement. Going to the gym was out for me for at least 6 weeks. This is a very doable workout. It is 30 min each day for 7 days & 2 of those days are recovery days (pilates & yoga). Got to do the work to see the results & thats what you work towards. The eating containers really help with portion control & I thought would never fill me up but honestly, I typically can't eat all of what I prep in all of them. Protein is what I struggle with & that surprised me. Glad I got it.

Love this program love waight. Its hard to stick to but if you have the mindset you will be fine. You so need alot of unexpected equipment.

The food plan, book and portion containers are great. The dad's might get used once I feel more confident.

Love the workouts. Not into the meal plan as I do my own thing with Paleo and a Nutritionist. So I didn't need the containers but there was no option without them. I wanted both 21 Day Fix as well as the 21 Day Fix Extreme so I can keep progressing. Glad they sell it in a bundle. What bothered me the most, however, is the cheap paper cases that the DVD'S come in (sliding discs in and out of a tight space can easily scratch them up), and the bombardment of adds for Shakeology and other Beachbody products. I do find that the beachbody workouts are very well thought through and designed overall. I own a set of Beachbody Yoga DVD's, but even they came in better casing to protect the discs. So for the price that this set cost, I would think they could manage to have higher quality protective casing...that's my main complaint.

What to know: I’m a P90x series fan. Also mix in turbo jam and combat. I use Nike Training Club classes and for 30 minute variety I’ve used RIPT.Wasn’t sure what to expect, but I can work long hours and really needed more variety in the 30 min range. Really glad I bought this. It is a full 30 min—- not a lot of unnecessary chit-chat. I’m used to more of a strength workout, but I’m finding this program to be plenty challenging and fun. Autumn is pleasant without being annoying. She gives great instruction and tries to motivate all along the way. I didn’t buy it for the food portion of the program, but I might give it a try at some point. I haven’t started the extreme program yet, but I assume it follows the same format—- a different work out each day of the week. So far I haven’t really missed the P90x programs, I’m just enjoying the change.Oh, and there is a person there showing modifications if you are a beginner, or need time to come up to speed.

Unfortunately my package was missing the eating planners it came with the dvds and eating containers which is great but when I ordered a replacement and was still missing the planners. So be careful when buying you might not get everything!

Ordered the bundle and only received the 4 workout dvds and cups.
