Superb Banneton Proofing Basket!
Great purchase. The Banneton is of great quality and as described. It has improved my bread making giving a really nice finish and it has improved the crust and texture. Love the recipes included in the eBook, some of which are great for beginners. The use and care instructions are very helpful especially for those who have never used a Banneton before. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

Great Value, don't know how long it will last
Really good value for money however can see it has started to discolour already and potentially could go mouldy if not taken really really good care off

Lovely item
Thus is a beautiful piece of baking equipment. It holds the dough in a very pleasing shape during its final rise. It is so pretty I serve rolls and sliced bread in it at the table!
