Fixing screw tends to work loose, come undone a few times, eventually lost the screw. Trying to find the thread size to be able to obtain another one

Very nice little bracelet and feels good quality for the price.BUT BUT BUT... as a few people have mentioned, the screw falls out. Just the natural action of the bracelet rubbing against your wrist is enough to work the screw loose. It happened to mine 3 times. The first 2 times I was lucky enough to notice, the third I wasn't; it dropped, and now it's lost and the bracelet is useless without it.So, for £25 it's a great little item. But there is a good chance you'll only be able to wear it for a few weeks before the screw disappears.I asked the company if they offer replacements, waiting to hear back. Ideally they'll improve the design so the screw doesn't fall out in the first place.

First off I just want to say that the customer service of this business is amazing, the little things really do count, how so you ask?Well, I got my bracelet and the quality is second to none but I will come onto the product shortly, I unfortunately lost the buckle to it, and I was devastated so emailed the contact address off the website along with calling the number, really nice friendly chap said no problem would send one to me for free 1st class and it has arrived, couldn’t ask for more and it was such a painless experience.Now onto the bracelet, don’t let the price turn you away because I have had a lot of bracelets over my time and some do stand the test of time and brutal conditions but eventually break, look tacky or loose colour!Now admitently I have only worn this just over a month if you take into consideration a few days waiting for my buckle and I haven’t taken it off once, it still looks brand new and 1 week of it I was wearing it on holiday, sand, scuba diving, lots of swimming, not made a single impact.The colour options are amazing and the website has tons more so would recommend checking out, some are cheaper too!You can tell heart,soul and thought went into the product, super impressed!Look past the price and buy quality, you won’t regret it!

Had two of these. Looks great. Lasts about a week before bolt falls out. Needs to be much more robust.

It's very small it's sopose to be a longer bracelet for men it doesn't fit my son not happy at all

Nice bracelet but the screw that keeps it together always falls out!!! Now lost and bracelet is useless without it,

I wasn’t expecting the world from this bracelet for the money, but I was disappointed with what I received. The box flap was ripped and the bracelet twisted. The overall presentation was very poor. In addition to this it didn’t fit. I know sizing and fit can be an issue. I carefully measured my wrist as suggested and didn’t add anything, again as suggested. The bracelet is too small. I would suggest you need at least 10mm larger than your wrist measurement. Getting the bracelet on I would suggest could be easier. Aligning the screw in lock is not the easiest of manoeuvres. I sent it back and I can’t recommend this item.

This is the second one I haveat 21cm but this one seems a lot tighter and as a smaller screw and fixing attachment have asked for a larger screw and fixing attachment but no joy as usual not very good customer service
