I would have given it five starts except I had a h*** of a time assembling half-way through. Also...you can get this for $130 here on Amazon but I could not post my review there for some reason. But I got the same cage...only for $50 bucks less from another seller here. I noticed on the other reviews that customers talked about ease of assembly. NOT true for me.When connecting the side panels, the idea is that two of the pegs are supposed to slide into the metals tubes sticking up from the frame. But for some reason, they metal tubes are lined with plastic, making it impossible to slip the pegs inside. So...I spent an hour literally chiselling away at the plastic lining with all kinds of tools to remove them. I finally figured out that wedging a flathead screwdriver down between the plastic and the metal tubing, while banging it with a hammer, worked best. Why this company decided to line it with this plastic is beyond me. . Did they even test it to see if it fit? IT DOES NOT FIT. They fit perfectly without the plastic liners so I don't get it. If you google "critter nation side panels won't fit"....you will see that other people have had issues too.Other parts were a little hard to fit and some things needed to be slightly bent and/or expanded with a screwdriver but nothing major.On a positive note, our new baby rats LOVES this spacious cage and I am enjoying it too. I just never want to have to assemble one of these again!
