They get a 5 star because I am big on customer service. My item had a defect and they sent another right away with giving me so many options to resolve the issue. Anytime a business is willing to do the right thing no questions asked, is the type of business that can have my little bit of money. It's very convenient of you have multiple children and they want something fun to do. One plays on the tablet while the other jumps in the balls and I can sip coffee peacefully. I do recommending buying more balls because you only get a few.

I got because I wanted the baby to have something he could in out buy himself. I did purchase “100” balls from target the reviews say it 90 some we didn’t count. Every Section has its own air nozzle with the help of a pump that we already had. It probably took. I don’t know less than 30 minutes. I do suggest you buy more balls if you want the ball pit effect. My picture shows with the hundred balls and what comes with this

Incredibly fun piece of junk
Just bought our fourth one. My kids LOVE it but it rips and tears really easy. Would it have been so hard to make it just a little more sturdy? Three tall sides help keep the balls in, while the shorter front helps little kids get in and out. Hoop is pretty worthless as it can't get enough air to stay upright.

Cute but not what we expected.
It was cute but the hoop part was super hard to inflate and even when it was it didn't really work right because it's not a complete circle. Also, 20 balls is WAY less than you think it is.

Purchased for great grandson's 2nd birthday. He loves it! Easy to assemble. Colorful balls keep his attention. He loves basketball already!

Tears at the seam very easily.
We have purchased two now twice because our kids LOVE it. But it’s not worth it. It easily tears at the seam. My kids are both under 3 (we only it for supervised play) so really shouldn’t be tearing so easily by them climbing in and out. Disappointing
