iPad Air 3 10.5 inch 2019 Black

As far as I can tell from texture and smell this is genuine leather (my grandfather was a shoe maker and I always have to enter any leather goods shops or workshops I encounter to get my fix of the smell) Leather is reasonable quality. Occassional treatment with a leather balm will stop it drying out and cracking especially at the fold lines.Stitching is neat and precise.The protection it offers is pretty good with edges and corners all covered and a couple of millimetres of overlap from the back and front cover. Magnetic closure of the front cover seems to work well and activates sleep mode.The standing position relies on a narrow tough velcro like strip sewn into the inner (left) edge of the case. So it can be poitioned ar any angle that the width of the case allows rather than relying on specifically positioned grooves. How durable the velcr will be only time will tell but it looks and feels like it will last well.I particularly like the pen slot which is on the fold side of the cover and will keep the pen well secured.I am very happy with my purchase which is what I consider to be a reasonable price for genuine leather. My only wish is that they had a tan coloured option but I am tol that tan and other colours will be available in the future

I researched cases for my new iPad Air, and wanted a good quality, durable, attractive one. I’m not disappointed! It’s real leather, well made, and does everything I could want. It both wakes and sleeps my iPad, and the thin strip of Velcro on its edge keeps the iPad steady at any angle for landscape viewing, which is very helpful for zoom meeting and films etc. It arrived promptly, and the customer service from the seller has been exceptional. I most definitely recommend this product. It’s good value, and I’m sure it will last the life of my iPad. And it looks good too.

This is a very smart, genuine leather case that fits the iPad Air 3 perfectly and securely along with the Apple Pencil. It’s is well made with a beautiful smell of leather. It keeps the iPad safe and puts it into sleep mode when closed. It can be angled using a Velcro strip for optimum viewing and the front cover can easily be folded back for comfortable holding, although I would say that it can be prone to slipping slightly downwards if used like this. This cover does not ‘wake’ the iPad when opened. You will need to press the home button to do this, something that I miss from my previous Apple smart case but overall a lovely case and excellent value for money.

So having treated myself to an iPad Air 3 I thought it would be a good idea to protect it with a quality case the offerings from apple didn’t meet my requirements at all and were overly expensive for what they offered. This case however seemed to be exactly what I wanted “quality at a reasonable price” it arrived promptly and I was not disappointed it’s well made out of quality materials and gives good all round protection.The ability to be able to angle your iPad to any degree is also a big plus. This is simply a great product at a great price.

The first case I received was excellent quality although the smart switch didn’t work. I checked the location of the magnet switch and it was misplaced, being further in from the edge than would trigger. I advise CUVR who responded immediately and sent a replacement. The replacement was received this morning and works perfectly, the magnet being placed correctly. The product is first class, real leather and you can smell the leather as soon as you pick up the case. The hook and eye fitting allows the iPad to placed at the most convenient angle no matter where you are using it.A great product, highly recommended.

Only had it a couple of days so far but it is extremely well made, fits the IpadAir 10.5 inch 2019 model very snugly. It is bigger and more protective than I expected with a very clever variable stand height system. My wife and daughter who both have iPads with different covers are very impressed as well."

My first ever Ipad needed to be well protected so rather than choosing a cheap case I splashed out and bought quality. My CUVR case arrived promptly and upon first inspection the build quality is exceptional. The leather smells lovely and will no doubt soak up tons of abuse. My Ipad fits perfectly and thanks to the velcro type locking system the screen sits securely in any position you require. In short this is exactly what I wanted.

Please note that this review is about the version of this case that I bought in February 2020. The current version has some additional features, e.g. auto-sleep which my case doesn’t have.First the positive things: the case is very sturdy indeed and thus provides very good protection. While it won’t be to everybody’s liking, I also like that it’s outer layer is made from genuine leather which gives the case a high quality feel. The sturdiness of the case also makes it quite heavy which I personally don’t see as a bad thing as it adds to the perception of high quality.That said, there is one thing that ruins this case for me completely: the so-called multi-angle/SureStand feature is a thorough disappointment as it deteriorates quite quickly. That started after 4 or 5 months and now, while approaching one year, that feature has become almost unusable. For lower angles, the mechanism just fails and the tablet slips down until it lies flat and this becomes worse all the time. Hence, it will be very soon that I’ll have to buy a new case and discard this one. Considering that this feature is being advertised as one of, if not the main selling point of this case, it certainly has not lived up to (my) expectations.

I really like this case. It is good looking and durable! I like that the iPad “snaps” into the case, so it fits tightly and the entire screen is unobscured. When adjusting the angle, it holds tightly in place. My only issue is that there aren’t cutouts in the case for the volume and Power buttons. This means that you have to press harder to activate them. But I like it well enough that I would purchase again.

habe die Schutzhülle seit ein paar Monaten im Einsatz u. erkenne keine ersichtlichen Abnützungen; denke das Ipad ist damit sehr gut geschützt; ist zwar etwas dicker mit der Schutzhülle, als mein Ipad Air2 mit der original Apple Schutzhülle, sieht aber meiner Meinung nach trotzdem gut aus („Business-mäßig“ ;-)

Juste le bouton pour mettre en veille la tablette, un peu dur. sinon belle qualité, tout en cuir.
