I can't use polyester material and requested exchange but it was not done!

The media could not be loaded. I ordered for pure cotton T-Shirts but one shirt is 100℅ Polyester (Symactive)??? My skin reacts in any material other than cotton.Please arrange replacement immediately.

The fabric is not comfortable or soft, and it is a bit longer as well.
