Q: Have the bags on this machine been 'upgraded' yet? If not does anyone know if the improved bags that have been mentioned can be ordered at the same t?

Yes the design of the bags have been upgraded and spare bags are not available through Amazon.

Q: The bag seems to have a leaking problem, see customer reviews, have any changes been made to rectify this problem?

The fabric on the new model is not fit for purpose. It lasted one season and disintegrated. Fortunately I kept the bag from my old machine which I adapted as this bag is much more robust, however this bag is now showing signs of stress. My opinion is that the aperture from the blower is too small which is forcing the leaves out at too great a velocity resulting in tearing of the fabric. They need to come up with a much stringer fabric.

Q: what are the dimensions of this product, I need to know for strorage please

With the handle folded inwards (wing nut fixing) the dimensions are approximately 50D X 78W X 68H cm. Hope that helps.
