What is the comb made out of?

Let me let you in on a trade secret: your average drugstore comb is made out of molded plastic, so hot plastic is poured into a mold with all the tines and allowed to harden like that. The thing is, on a microscopic level, that process leaves tons of jagged edges on the tines, which makes for rough split ends on your beard.But Kent combs are a whole different animal. At Kent they start with a blank piece of high grade plastic, and craftsmen hand cut each tine with a saw, then polish them to a smooth finish. This leads to perfectly smooth combs that move like a hot knife through butter in your beard.

What is the length? No dimensions are currently given.

I dont know offhand. I would say they are about 4 to 4 1/2" long. It is almost the exact same size and those cheap black plastic combs that you buy at the store or get free at the barber shop.

Why does the product description on this comb list information on fragrances??

No mention of fragrances in the US listing, though there is a warning that this comb is not an appropriate dietary supplement. I'm guessing that's due to its use of cellulose acetate, which may explain the mention of fragrances you've seen as well. CA can absorb fragrances w/o corrupting them or the material - it's an organic resin. But there is no discernible smell from the comb itself.
