Dog loves it, works great.
Love this dog waterer. I really don’t like the curved shape of the bottle itself but so far has stayed in the holder I found to put it in. Its water tight and don’t leak and positively seals. My dog loves this. I like the bigger of the two available bottles for my German shepherd husky mix.

Love the PupFlask! A must have for any dog parents!
Purchased this last year and it is one of the best things we have purchased for our fur baby. It is easy to use and we love that we don’t need to carry a separate bowl for her water. We add ice and water and it keeps the water cold for hours. The only experience we have had with leaks is when I didn’t screw the top on correctly. And that was just one time. We also purchased the Pupflask water bottle holder which I highly recommend. We take our golden everywhere and always take the pupflask to ensure she has a fresh supply of water.

Good quality, but I'll nitpick a little
It is pretty good quality. I can see the plastic top being brittle if dropped like others have mentioned, but I'm not going to test that :) Gripping it feels a little awkward because the big rubber leaf doesn't sit snug against the side of the canister so it has a flappy-rubber feel to it. The water kind of dribbles into the leaf and takes time. I would rather it rush in and fill. I think the leaf is a little too large which also contributes to the awkward flappiness when closed and carrying. I'm nitpicking here. Overall, it's what I expected and functions correctly and we are excited about it.

Great sturdy flask when you're out and about to give your puppy a nice drink..
As with many of you, we were looking for a portable water bottle for our puppy so we can give her a drink during long walks or if we're just out. Most of the bottles that you find are plastic and has some scoop extension. This made them bulky. Also many don't really carry that much water. We chose this one because it's metal and we like the foldable scoop design to deploy the water reservoir. It made it more portable. Our puppy loved this and it worked super well. The rubber scoop was large enough for our large puppy GRD. I like how any excess water can be returned back into the flask. The push button operation is easy to use. There are only a couple of issues.- There were a few times when it seemed to leak. I've found that this is due to the top needing to be screwed tighter or re-screwed back on. Not sure if it goes off the threads or something. It was a bother for us.- Because of it's size, it's hard to hand carry. It's bulky. The rubber strap is too small and doesn't look durable. We ended up buying the neoprene tote that's sold separately. Together this worked out well if you're being a minimalist. If you plan to have a backpack with you, this will fit in your backpack's flask holder easily.Overall, we really like this item!!!

great dog water bottle!
this water bottle is great! it lets the water go back into the bottle when dogs are done drinking! I brought it to Lancaster pa for my 2 dogs and they loved it! light to carry also.

Works fine.
Cooper says "it's a pup flask, not a cat flask!".I bought it to replace my 20-some year old ball valve water bottle. I think it was a freebie from a trade show or something.Due to the funky shape of the bottle, I'm having a hard time finding a bottle cage that will properly fitAlso, it's pretty slow to deploy and stow. You have to unfold the bowl, pour the water, then when you put it away, you can tilt it up and wait while any unused water flows back into the bottle. Can you say "backwash"? Then fold the bowl back.POkay, so I know I just spent the first half of my review crapping on the product. I've been spoiled by my old bottle. It was quick and easy. Pull it out, unscrew the lid, drink, screw the lid back on, and put it back in the cage. Boom. Done. No backwash. Perfect for stopping at a stop sign for a quick drink. I can't seem to find anything like it.The pupflask works great. It combines a bowl and a bottle. I'm sure Cooper would say it's easier to drink from. He probably doesn't care about backwash. It's just a little slower to use, that's all.

I take this everywhere I take my dog!
This has come in handy so many times. I can throw it in my hunting vest (Upland bird) and have water readily available for my dog in the field. I keep it in my jeep so when we stop somewhere or are out for an extended time, I can still give him water. When mine first arrived, the seal was seated correctly and leaked, this was an easy fix of reseating the seal (Just like you would with a travel mug) and it hasn't leaked since. This is a must have for any dog owner that goes on adventures!
