This suction cup doesn't let go, I can recommend it. The dashcam however loses its last recording if the power is cut, so although i like the quality of the dashcam (especially that you can pan a little left or right on the cams when the device is mounted in a corner of the windscreen and not center of the windscreen) ... I am worried about being in an accident and losing power to the cam, thereby losing the last recording.

Worked great for the camera. I'm a little miffed that I had to pay five bucks for it and it should have been included with a camera. Turns out I didn't need it anyway because I just use the 3M adhesive and stuck it to the top of the windshield. Works better for me and I was able to hardwire the camera to the car. So now I have this suction cup mount that I'm not going to use. But it would serve its purpose if I chose not to mount my camera with the adhesive.

I wanted to dashboard mount my camera... sadly this device seems to be intended only for windshield mounting. It does the job on the glass though!

The suction mount holds very well. I havent had it very long but so far, it has held up in the hot and cold weather. There not really much to say about a suction mount. Either it works really well or it sucks.

Mount works ok, however in high hear environments like Las Vegas, the mount appears to melt. I've had it only a couple of months and it now appears twisted and the camera is at an odd angle.

Works great with the Pruveeo 2CH dash cam. The mount is sturdy and has been holding my camera without any issues.A must-have for your dashcam!

Does not support high temperatures, this melted a little when car was parked in the sun, losing the focus of cam.
