I didn’t expect a footrest to make such a big difference, but this one nailed it. The cushion is firm enough to support my legs throughout long work sessions, yet soft enough to keep things comfortable. This item was not my first choice, but I am very glad I tried it! I originally thought it would not be as comfortable as others and not a high quality product. I watched tv on an office chair yesterday for a few hours and I could not believe how the comfort of my feet impacted my entire body. My back pan was not a noticeable after a few minutes (partly due to the new Amazon Basics office chair). The imprint of my feet -which was pretty deep because they happily sank into the memory foam-immediately disappeared so another person’s feet will have the exact same experience. I have already recommended this product to a friend (who tried it) whose husband works at a desk for many hours a day because she was impressed, as well.

comfortable and light, I enjoy the texture on the underside as this is keeping the pillow in place under my desk. I wish I had bought one of these when I first started working from home as it is a great comfort addition to my home office

This item has changed my life. I sit at my computer upwards of 10 hours a day. I’ve bought this exact item twice, not because the first one deteriorated (quite the opposite!!!), but because I left my first one with my mom and then three days without it, I was missing it so much, I bought a new one. This foot rest has provided me with the right amount of support to avoid my back cramping up.My 76 year old mother had back surgery in January, so she used this foot rest to keep her back aligned when sitting in a chair or on the couch. This was particularly important as she’s petite, and can’t sit all the way back with her feet flat on the floor.The design and functionality is perfect, the angle is amazing for someone with short or long legs.I highly recommend this item!

Great product. It is easy to slide it to a different position, but once you place your feet on top it does not move. I would highly recommend this foot rest.

Comfortable, soft foot support.

I'm 5'5" and weigh 135 - 140 depending on the day. I don't put a lot of pressure on the foot rest, but I feel my feet sink in too far. The surface of the rest flattens out, which is uncomfortable. I want to love this because it sticks in place, has a washable cover, and is a good height, but the give on it is pulling me back from an "exceeds expectations" to "meets expectations," for a rating.I find myself constantly moving my feet from the middle to the sides to get a stretch in the arch, but the pillow caves and that support goes away.I do like the cushion of it for when I'm barefoot, it just needs to be firmer. There's no memory to this foam. When I'm wearing shoes (almost never) it's more comfortable. It gets quite warm as well. I find myself moving my feet to cool them down.The rocking part is nice for stretching the legs out.
