Made By Johnny Women's Solid Basic Lightweight Floor Length Flare Long Maxi Lounge Skirt (S~3XL)

I bought the Made By Johnny Women's Solid Basic Lightweight Floor Length Maxi Lounge Skirt (S~3XL), in the size 3XL and color Black. This is so close to being the absolute perfect skirt! I love it! I love the style, the cut, the fit and the length! It has wonderful, comfy, but sexy stretch too. I am a Plus sized gal with a 44 inch waist on a bloat day, and 40 inch otherwise and the 3XL fits me great, with room to spare! I battle with heartburn, so I do not like tight waistbands. I particularly love this comfortable, wide, foldover, waist band! Nice to wear unfolded when I want an ankle covering Maxi, or folded up for above the ankles. Can also wear it lower on the hip for that full Maxi length, or high waisted for mid calf. Could wear as a tube dress too! So many ways to wear the very versatile skirt. The ONLY thing I wish for as a change would be for the fabric to be a bit thicker. I'm worried that if this skirt gets even a tiniest snag, that it will run like a pair of pantyhose does! Other than this, I am in love and going back to order more!

I love this skirt. It is a good material and fits very nicely. I always size up with Maxi skirts as they all are made (I believe) to fit very snug, and I don't prefer that.

Cute, comfy, affordable

I purchased this skirt in taupe, light grey, yellow, purple, mint green, light blue, chocolate brown, & lilac. I am returning the yellow because it is NEON yellow & not flattering on my skin and it appeared to be lemonade in the picture. PROS: This skirt is SUPER comfortable and is long on me, the way I like. (I am 5'5"). I am 125lbs and got a size S and it fit perfectly. The skirt hangs very elegantly and even though it's a bit full on the bottom, it hangs very nice and does not look bulky. This will be an excellent summer skirt with sandals but also looks great with boots & a sweater. CONS: The material IS thin. A slip underneath is pretty much a must, even if you wear a long shirt to cover your bum, because you can see through it. I can't speak for everyone's taste but I will not wear without spanx underneath either. It does show every curve & bulge so if you are heavier and uncomfortable with your body, you will not like how this looks on you. I am small and in a couple of the lighter colors I was surprised that even with the spanx and slip I felt a little lumpy.. but I am a bit of a freak about such things and this may not be a concern to others. So I give it 5 stars for comfort but just 2-3 because of how thin it is. It is a quality skirt, though, and looks elegant, not cheap. Can't beat the price. (The darker colors are more flattering to the appearance of smoothness with the skirt.)

Love my brown skirt. Fit me very well

I really like this skirt, and for a cheap price ($10) that's even better. I was worried when I order this skirt because of the reviews saying it was short on most people, but this skirt wasn't short on me. I'm 5'7', and I weigh 220 pounds. This skirt almost touches the ground, and when I walk up and down the stairs I have to lift it up a little because it starts to touch the ground. I bought an XL because that's the size I usually wear, and it fit perfectly. I like skirts that I can twirl in, so I was worried I wouldn't be able to do that because it's a long skirt, but this skirt was big enough that I was able to twirl in it. It doesn't feel heavy, but it doesn't feel really light. It has just the right amount of weight to it that I can wear it for hours. I also like skirts that have the soft elastic stretch on the sides that feels like it's hugging my belly (but doesn't feel tight on me). This skirt has that comfortable elastic to it, which is great. Since the skirt I ordered was black, I couldn't really tell if it was see through or not, but I'll be wearing black leggings underneath so there shouldn't be a problem. I'll definitely be buying more of these in different colors!!

This is the cheapest poorly made skirt I’ve ever seen. Fabric is cheap. Sewed together by a drunk sailor. Just the worst.

This is a very comfortable skirt, which flows beautifully and has good stretch. But when I went outside and bent over to pick something up my fiancé asked “did you know your skirt is see through?” I had noticed that where it stretched the most my green top tucked into it was showing through even in pretty low light inside. So I think I’ll only wear this around the house (not the front yard!) or with leggings underneath.

Fabric has amazing drape and flow. This is the 4th Made by Johnny piece I've bought. I love all of them

This is a gorgeous lightweight skirt and it fits perfectly. I love it and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a summer skirt.
