Amazon Basics Curtain rod - 91.4 - 182.8 cm, nickel colour, 36 - 72"

So I was looking for a Curtain Pole which had flat ends as I was fitting it close to both ends of the wall. Decided to go with this Amazon basics one as it was well priced and looked great. I read all the reviews but couldn’t see if it was plastic or metal but I’m happy to say it turned out to be METAL when it arrive which is great!The brackets are also metal too, just the end caps are plastic. It’s a very study and sleek looking product, not like the cheap plastics ones. Has 3 mounting brackets so very strong once up. I also love that you can easily adjust the brackets back and forward to set the distance you want the pole to sit from the wall! Never seen this before and this is easily achieved by loosening the top screw on the bracket and adjusting the distance accordingly, very clearly designed by amazon! Great value for money!

I've bought two of these now and am suitably impressed. They are sturdy, they look good, really easy to install and the lip where the pole extends is small enough for the curtains to move across with no major effort.The instructions are for having the curtain pole out and across the whole window where I have opted to install it within the window- the fixings still work perfectly and now all the heat from my radiators doesn't get trapped the wrong side of the curtains!

Pretty good quality pole. I was looking for something for a small window and this was the shortest one I could find. Unfortunately it only came with fixings for brick walls and not wood ( All my windows have wood above them to attach curtain poles too ) Also the brackets seem to be too far off the wall even on the shortest setting.

As far as plain curtain rails go, this is okay. Nothing bad about it, nothing particularly good about it either. It works as expected, can’t ask for much more from a curtain rail.You do need an extra small screwdriver to install tho, due to the angles and a small screwdriver isn’t provided, it would be nice if one was included because most people don’t have a screw driver so small.

Easy to install, affordable and looks great. Can easily hold the lined, heavy blackout curtains we bought for our sons bedroom. Would definitely recommend and buy again. Don’t be put off by the cheap price, it is up to the job.

SUPER VALUE curtain pole. Very very good buy! Easy to assemble and put up in place. Have wide,long, long curtain hanging from the pole and all seems well so far. No bowing or looking like all will fall down.

I wish they add a joint were the two parts join for more balance

Easy to install . Strong poles considering the price . Used for toys to hang on in my grandchildren s bedroom at grandmas home .
